To replace
scintillator
on
conventional X-Ray detector, this model incorporates a special
semiconductor that directly converts input X-ray to pair of hole &
electron.

This new device structure enables to stay away from image imprint
problem which tends to occur with scintillator, and holds damage to
C-MOS photo-sensor by X-ray transmission at extremely low level.

With this feature, SID-A50 X-Ray
camera opened wider range of applications to X-ray system, such as
Auto Inspection System that requires long-hours stable running
capability, and others that requires extremely sharp & precise image
with much less image blurr丅

Since device container is designed to be
compatible with existing Flat Panel Type Camera, switching to
SID-A50 camera or replacing with
SID-A50 camera can be done very easily.
